This is Our story…
We first came to Pag as tourists, about thirty years ago. After a time, we felt a desire to have something of our own there, to escape from the city after we retire…
We’ve built a house, landscaped the yard, planted flowers and a small garden. We’ve enjoyed the peace and a bit of wildlife. Then, one morning, a plate “for sale” appeared on the land below our house.
The decision was made immediately, without thinking; to the question of “What are we going to do?” the answer was “Buy!”
Clearly, we didn’t have enough money, so we found three more volunteers and set off on an adventure. And here we are. Some went faster, some slower. Three villas are finished, and the fourth will be soon.
The idea was to allow our guests to enjoy still-untouched nature, in the old olive grove, in the neighborhood with sheep and birds, and to follow the changes brought about by the seasons.
There are tempests in February and March, wild asparagus and a forest with a carpet of cyclamens in spring, blossoming olives and rush broom in May, swimming in the summer heat in beautiful bays, tears of St. Lawrence in August, chanterelle mushrooms in autumn, olive harvest in October and November, Advent in the olive grove in Lun and Christmas and New Year’s Eve with a concert and fireworks in Novalja.
For those who want additional sports and adventure facilities, there is the famous Life on Mars trekking trail, free climbing rocks, and an ascent to the highest peak of the island – Sveti Vid. There is cycling and kayak tours. For nature lovers, there is a walk through the Lun olive groves, one of the three oldest in the world with an olive tree almost 2000 years old. There are also two ornithological reserves, Kolanjsko and Veliko blato.
For an equally impressive end to the day, Zrće offers an unforgettable time in the summer months.
The island of Pag is full of archeological finds: there is a Roman aqueduct, rustic villas in Novalja, the Caska bay, and the beautiful historical center of the town of Pag. And Zadar is not far either, about 70 kilometers.
The gastronomic offer is well known: Pag sheep cheese and ricotta, olive oil, Pag lamb, fish and other seafood.
And all this in a villa with two bedrooms, sauna, and an outdoor pool with heated water. There is a possibility of accommodating 2 more people in the living room on the sofa bed.
We invite you to come and see it for yourself.
You will fall in love with Pag, as we did many years ago.
